Because they do not know the difference between Personal Cooking and Commercial Cooking. But not to worry as you proceed you will know what Commercial Cooking is all about.

Here’s a quick hint on the both. Personal Cooking has to do with the different meal you prepare at home for consumption. Commercial Cooking is are the meals you prepare in places. Such Restaurants, Hotels, Eateries and lot more.

Omit, I have a mixer. Mixing about 300 pounds of cake batter, and 100 gallons of Chile cooking in one of the smallest tilt kettles. After all this, I was able to cook for about 2500 people with the help of good equipment, people and timing.
